Institutional Transformation (IT)

IT

ACDC seeks to help African governments and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) build strong institutions and systems to attain the good governance required to create sustainable economic growth, distribute wealth equitably, and eliminate poverty. It does this by connecting governments and NGOs, leading major cross-functional change programs, and offering subject matter expertise and industry best practices.

Our ITCD team can:

  • Align an organization’s strategy with its values and mission.
  • Determine what needs to be changed and how, and assess the impact of reorganization.
  • Establish personnel requirements and ensure that the organization meets them successfully.
  • Bring useful analytics to early strategic discussions on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks of current and future talent.
  • Offer direction to multi-disciplinary project teams regarding lean development, Six Sigma, process improvement, program customization, SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), and change management.
  • Leverage multi-phase roadmaps to transform an organization using enabling technology.
  • Oversee the development of key change programs in consultation with senior leadership, including long-range plans involving strategy, resource allocation, timelines, and financial outcomes.
  • Supervise teams in conducting interviews, gathering and analyzing data, identifying problems, and finding solutions.
  • Ensure successful execution by integrating all phases of the reorganization with the project management office, process improvement groups, and change management teams.
