Our ITCD team can:
- Align an organization’s strategy with its values and mission.
- Determine what needs to be changed and how, and assess the impact of reorganization.
- Establish personnel requirements and ensure that the organization meets them successfully.
- Bring useful analytics to early strategic discussions on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks of current and future talent.
- Offer direction to multi-disciplinary project teams regarding lean development, Six Sigma, process improvement, program customization, SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), and change management.
- Leverage multi-phase roadmaps to transform an organization using enabling technology.
- Oversee the development of key change programs in consultation with senior leadership, including long-range plans involving strategy, resource allocation, timelines, and financial outcomes.
- Supervise teams in conducting interviews, gathering and analyzing data, identifying problems, and finding solutions.
- Ensure successful execution by integrating all phases of the reorganization with the project management office, process improvement groups, and change management teams.
